President Trump did not issue the proclamation on the death of @SenJohnMcCain, which usually calls for flags to remain at half-staff through the day of interment, which is Sunday at the @NavalAcademy.
The following States have issued a Proclamation for flags to fly at Half Staff:
Arizona until day of interment
Connecticut until day of interment
South Carolina until day of interment
Arkansas until day of interment
Massachusetts until further notice
Rhode Island until day of interment
Florida until day of interment
Kansas sunup to sun down Monday, August 27, 2018
New York no date listed
North Carolina today, August 27, 2018 until sunset on August 30, 2018                                                    Virginia until sunset, September 2, 2018
Maryland ending at sunset on Sunday, August 26, 2018.
Wisconsin ending at sunset on Sunday, August 26, 2018.
